After years of working with weight management patients, Dr. Sukriti Bhardwaj, decided to synthesize all of the strategies she has found to be successful into one comprehensive 12 week weight management program. This program is specifically designed to take all the guesswork out of nutrition and exercise and get you on track towards achieving your weight management goals. Visit 1 - 75 minute Initial Assessment
Visit agenda:
● Initial Assessment, including goal setting and comprehensive health history to ensure that we can design a nutrition and exercise plan that is safe for you
● Identification of potential obstacles and initiation of plan to overcome obstacles
● Determine whether detox week will be necessary
● Determining whether the lipotropic injections for additional support with weight management are an appropriate option for you

● Initial 7 day meal plan
Task:
● Have body composition analysis done
● Email copy of report to Dr. Sukriti prior to visit 2
Visit 2 - 60 minute Follow-Up
Visit agenda:
● Initiation of detoxification week (if it is determined that it will be of benefit, based on visit 1)
● In depth explanation of body scan results. Discussion of how body scan results will inform your exercise plan and nutrition plan moving forward.
● Exercise assessments to be completed in office that will inform the periodized exercise plan to meet your individual goals
● Based on your results, an exercise plan will be designed by Dr. Sukriti after Visit 2, which will be provided to you and explained in depth at the next visit (Visit 3)

● Strategic meal planning based on results of body scan OR detoxification week information + supplements.
Visit 3 - 30 minute Follow-Up
Visit agenda:
● Discussion of exercise plan that was created based on exercise assessments done during Visit 2
● Check in on nutrition and exercise plan given during Visit 2; discuss any modifications as necessary
● Lipotropic injection (if applicable)

● Summary of any modifications made to nutrition plan from Visit 2
● Summary of any modifications made to exercise plan after discussion
Visit 4 - 15 Minute Check-In
Visit agenda:
● Lipotropic injection
● Check in on nutrition/exercise

● Optional discussion/handout given on weight loss supplements (are they safe/effective?) and commonly recommended weight loss drugs (i.e. Ozempic)
Visit 5 - 15 Minute Check-In

● Lipotropic injection
● Check in on nutrition plan from Visit 4 and exercise; discuss any modifications as necessary
● Optional handout: Principles of a Sustainable Weight Management Diet Part 1
Task:
● Complete body scan and send it to Dr. Sukriti, results will be discussed during week 6
Visit 6 - 30 Minute Check-In

● Discussion of repeat body scan, modifications made to nutrition plan on the basis of body scan results
● Lipotropic injection

Lipotropic injections are a combination of ingredients to enhance your metabolism and help you achieve your weight loss goals! The lipotropic injection includes the following ingredients:

Vitamin B12 - plays a role in several important metabolic functions, including energy level
maintenance. A deficiency may be linked to increased fat accumulation. -
Magnesium - helpful for a number of processes linked to improved weight loss outcomes including
better energy, improved exercise performance, blood sugar control and enhanced sleep. -
Glutathione - a powerhouse antioxidant and is a major player in liver detoxification. Addressing
liver health is a critical part of a good weight loss program. In fact, a slow metabolism may indicate
that the liver is overloaded and one sign of this can be stored fat around the midsection.
What is a body scan?

Body composition scans are a safe and effective way to assess fat mass and fat free mass
(including muscle, bones, organs, water weight). This scan also shows the distribution of fat mass and muscle mass in your body i.e. how much is in your arms, legs, trunk. It can also show
if there’s any swelling or inflammation in the body and it can help us ensure that we don’t
overtrain and are recovering well from recent workouts.
It is a great tool to set a numerical baseline for body composition goals (i.e. lose fat mass, gain
muscle mass) and helpful to use at reassessment visits for those of us who are driven by the data!
