  • What is the cancellation policy?
    Your appointment time is reserved for you. For this reason, out of respect for practitioner’s schedules, we require 24 hours or more notice for cancellations. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours, or missed, will be charged a cancellation fee. Please note that payment is required prior to re-booking.   • Do you sell custom orthotics?
    Yes, we do custom orthotics. To get orthotics you will need to book an appointment with one of our physiotherapists or chiropractors. They will do an assessment and scan you for your orthotics. Most insurance companies require a medical doctor prescription for orthotics which you must get before the orthotics can be ordered. We recommend you check with your insurance company in advance for specifics regarding your coverage. We are not able to direct bill for orthotics. Payment must be made when the orthotic order is placed.
  • Do we accept work place (WSIB) or motor vehicle (MVA) claims?
    No, our apologies but we do not accept WSIB or motor vehicle claims.
  • Are any of your services covered by OHIP?
    No, none of our services or products are covered by OHIP.
  • Do you have a waitlist?
    Yes, we have waitlists for all of our practitioners. If you want to be added to a waitlist you can either call 905-574-6262 or you can add yourself through your Jane App login.
  • Will I receive treatment on the first visit?
    On your first visit, our physiotherapist’s primary goal is to do a thorough history and physical examination so an appropriate treatment plan can be created for you. Almost always this leaves plenty of time for treatment during the first appointment. However, if there is not enough time, treatment will be provided in the following session.
  • What do I wear to my first appointment?
    We ask that you wear clothing that is comfortable and allows the practitioner to access your area of complaint. Shorts for the lower extremity and tank tops/short sleeves for the upper limbs. Your practitioner will let you know what to wear to follow up visits.
  • Do you do pelvic floor physiotherapy?
    No, we currently do not offer Pelvic Health through our physiotherapy services. However, it is offered through our naturopathic doctors. To book a Pelvic Health appointment click the book appointment button at the top of this page and go to Pelvic Health Therapy - (Billed Under Naturopathic Medicine).
  • Is acupuncture, cupping and taping included in the session?
    Yes, everything is always included.
  • If I have not been in a while do I have to book an initial assessment?
    If you have not been in for a treatment in over 3 months we recommend you book a 45 minute reassessment appointment. This way your physiotherapist will be able to do a reassessment any old or new injuries and update your treatment plan.
  • Is acupuncture, cupping and taping included in the session?
    Yes, everything is always included.
  • What injuries do physiotherapists treat?
    Physiotherapists are trained to treat all areas of the body. This includes but is not limited to; lower and upper extremities, the spine, headaches, vertigo and pre and post surgical rehabilitation.
