What is the cancellation policy?

Your appointment time is reserved for you. For this reason, out of respect for
practitioner’s schedules, we require 24 hours or more notice for cancellations.
Appointments cancelled within 24 hours, or missed, will be charged a cancellation fee.
Please note that payment is required prior to re-booking. To cancel please call 905-574-
6262, email , or manage upcoming appointments using your Jane App.

Do you sell custom orthotics?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we do custom orthotics. To get orthotics you will need to book an appointment
with one of our physiotherapists or chiropractors. They will do an assessment and scan you
for your orthotics. Most insurance companies require a medical doctor prescription for
orthotics which you must get before the orthotics can be ordered. We recommend you
check with your insurance company in advance for specifics regarding your coverage. We
are not able to direct bill for orthotics. Payment must be made when the orthotic order is
placed.

Do we accept work place (WSIB) or motor vehicle (MVA) claims?

No, our apologies but we do not accept WSIB or motor vehicle claims.

No, none of our services or products are covered by OHIP.

Do you have a waitlist?

Yes, we have waitlists for all of our practitioners. If you want to be added to a
waitlist you can either call 905-574-6262 or you can add yourself through your
Jane App login.
